Join us in Room 205 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM a free family concert!
José-Luis Orozco, bilingual educator, children's author and recording artist from Los Angeles, CA, will be presenting a very special family literacy concert in Room 205. José-Luis, an acknowledged expert in children's music, plays acoustic guitar as he sings traditional & original Latin American children's songs. His music combines rhymes, movements, and rhythm with information, such as the alphabet, vowels, numbers, and colors. Children & families are invited to join José-Luis in singing, dancing, and acting out songs through the entire show! This program is being presented as part of the Amo Leer Family Literacy Project, in partnership with the Wichita Falls Public Library, Zavala Hispanic Initiative and Telemundo Texoma.
