Conference Room Booking Form

CONFERENCE ROOM

The Conference Room is available for use by organizations for $10/hour. The maximum room occupancy is 12 people. Call 940.767.0868 to reserve the room or fill out the form below. Conference Room reservations are not final until payment is received, and payments are non-refundable. 

  • The Conference Room is available with payment of the non-refundable usage fee to any group or nonprofit organization. The usage fee will be waived only for Library or City-sponsored groups. The Conference Room cannot be scheduled for social events and/or private parties.
  • Meetings must be held during the regular hours of the Library, 9-8 Monday-Wednesday, 9-5 Thursday-Saturday. No meetings will be scheduled during Library holidays or on Sundays.
  • Food is not allowed in the Conference Room. The Library does not provide kitchen facilities or equipment.
  • The individual making the reservation, as well as the membership of the group as a whole, will be held liable for any and all damages that occur as the result of the use of the facilities.

STUDY ROOMS

  • Study rooms can be reserved in person or over the phone up to 14 days in advance at the Service Desk or by calling 940.767.0868.
  • Two free study rooms are available and seat a maximum of 6 people each.
  • They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are intended for study groups, tutors, and quiet private study.
  • Please ask at the Service Desk for a reserved study room to be unlocked.
  • Rooms may be booked for a maximum of 2 hours per day for the current day or a maximum of 4 hours per day if reserved at least one day in advance. 
  • Food is not allowed in study rooms. 

Study rooms cannot be reserved for regularly scheduled meetings. If meeting on a regular basis, or if a room is needed for a longer period of time, please reserve the Conference Room by calling 940.767.0868. If calling from out of town, fill out the Conference Room Request Form. Larger meeting rooms on the second floor of the building may be booked with the Recreation Department at 940.761.7490.

TEXAS ROOM

  • Small groups interested in using the Texas Room for research together should e-mail Andrew Jelen at andrew.jelen@wfpl.net to make arrangements.
