Voters Guides available now
Thursday, October 10th, 2024The League of Women Voters of Wichita Falls Voters Guide for the 2024 Primary Election are now available at the Library while supplies last.
The Voters Guide is published and funded by the League of Women Voters of Wichita Falls (LWV-WF), through donations from League members, citizens of Wichita Falls, and residents of the Wichita Falls area. The LWV-WF is affiliated with the League of Women Voters of Texas and the League of Women Voters of the U.S., and is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that works to promote political responsibility through active informed participation of all citizens in their government. The league DOES NOT support NOR oppose any political party, candidate, or proposition. The Voters Guide is designed to convey factual information to help prepare citizens to cast informed votes.
Election Day is November 5th. Early voting runs October 21st through November 1st.

Monday, October 7th, 2024We had an amazing time at Touch-A-Truck on Saturday, October 5th!
We had a fire truck, street sweeper, falls town trolley, and many more for patrons of all ages to see up close, sit in, interact with, and take photos of.

Online Interlibrary Loan Requests Now Open
Tuesday, August 27th, 2024Interlibrary Loan is available again, following a transition by the state of Texas to a new ILL service provider.
Interlibrary loan allows you to borrow items not owned by the Wichita Falls Public Library from other libraries around the country.
